Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold by YaadFlexx Wholesale Distributor, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders that have been properly fulfilled.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is final, non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

If you have questions about our products, shipping, or policies, please contact us before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, our policies and terms apply.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, the package is in the possession of the selected shipping carrier. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, any claim or reimbursement will be handled according to the shipping carrier’s policies, terms, and available insurance or protection coverage.

YaadFlexx Wholesale Distributor will assist with providing any information or documentation reasonably required to support a carrier claim. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or approval of a claim, as the final determination is made by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of:

  • The damaged package
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product
  • The inside packaging

Contact YaadFlexx as soon as possible so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the items received. We will review the issue and, if the error is confirmed to be on our behalf, work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

No exchanges are offered.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. YaadFlexx Wholesale Distributor is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
